The lineup, unveiled at an event organised by HYBE INDIA in Mumbai, includes 10 international acts and five Indian acts. Bumzu, Dayoung, Eric Nam, Lara of KATSEYE, Lee Hyun and Rhea Raj complete the international roster. Gini, King, RANJ X Clifr, Reble and DJ Zelo make up the Indian contingent.
HYBE INDIA and BookMyShow Live will produce the festival together, working with HYBE and Weverse. The announcement moves the event from its initial launch plans to a named roster of performers, with ticket sales scheduled to begin in October.
Mastercard cardholders will have access to a presale beginning October 27, ahead of general sales on October 30. All tickets will be sold exclusively through BookMyShow.
The festival has been announced for New Delhi, while the BookMyShow event listing uses the wider Delhi-NCR designation. The exact venue, ticket prices, daily artist schedule and performance times have not yet been announced. Those details will matter for fans deciding which tickets to buy and where to arrange accommodation.
Who Is Performing?
The international lineup brings together established solo performers, major K-pop groups and artists working across global pop. The Indian selection adds hip-hop, indie and electronic music, giving the festival a broader musical range than its K-pop headliners alone suggest.
The announced roster is:
- International acts: Bumzu, Dayoung, ENHYPEN, Eric Nam, Hwasa, Lara of KATSEYE, Lee Hyun, LE SSERAFIM, Rhea Raj and TOMORROW X TOGETHER.
- Indian acts: Gini, King, RANJ X Clifr, Reble and DJ Zelo.
Indian acts account for five of the 15 announced slots, or one third of the lineup. That gives domestic performers a substantial place in the programme, although set lengths and the running order are still to come.
Lara is listed individually as Lara of KATSEYE. Her billing is especially relevant for anyone choosing tickets to see a particular performer: the India announcement names Lara, while her separate appearance at Lollapalooza India 2027 is scheduled with KATSEYE.
A Programme Across Groups, Solo Pop and Production
ENHYPEN, LE SSERAFIM and TOMORROW X TOGETHER give the festival three prominent group performances. The organisers describe ENHYPEN's planned contribution through its cinematic musical style, LE SSERAFIM through its forceful performance approach, and TOMORROW X TOGETHER through the range of its recorded music.
Lee Hyun adds a veteran vocalist to the programme, while Hwasa, Dayoung and Eric Nam bring distinct solo careers. Eric Nam will return to India after previous visits, giving his appearance a connection to an audience he has already performed for.
Bumzu adds another dimension. Known as a producer and songwriter behind music for SEVENTEEN, he is announced as a performer in his own right. His inclusion puts a musician associated with creating songs alongside artists best known for performing them.
Rhea Raj brings a pop performance style that the organisers describe as energetic and visually bold. Alongside Lara, she also connects the Weverse event with another major Indian festival booking: both are scheduled for Lollapalooza India 2027, where Rhea Raj will perform solo.
Indian Artists Have a Defined Place
King leads the Indian selection as an established hip-hop name. Gini, RANJ X Clifr, Reble and DJ Zelo broaden the roster across the contemporary Indian music scene, with the announced selection spanning hip-hop, indie and electronic sounds.
The combination matters to the festival's format. Fans attending for a Korean group will also encounter Indian performers within the same event, while audiences following domestic acts will have access to international artists across the two days.
BookMyShow Chief Business Officer Naman Pugalia described the selection as bringing together K-pop's global reach and emerging talent. The roster gives that approach a concrete shape: 10 international acts share the billing with five Indian acts, rather than appearing in an exclusively overseas programme.
Ticket Sales Begin in October
BookMyShow will be the exclusive ticket seller, with a Mastercard presale opening three days before general sales. The announced sales sequence gives eligible cardholders the first opportunity to purchase tickets.
The key dates are:
- September 2025: HYBE opened its Mumbai office.
- 2026: HYBE INDIA launched nationwide talent auditions.
- October 7, 2026: HYBE INDIA announced the festival dates and its first edition outside South Korea.
- October 16: The lineup announcement named 15 acts for the India edition.
- October 27: Mastercard cardholder presale begins.
- October 30: General ticket sales begin through BookMyShow.
- March 27 and 28, 2027: The festival takes place in New Delhi.
For fans travelling from other cities, the venue announcement will be an important part of planning. A Delhi-NCR listing covers a wider area than central New Delhi, so the eventual location will determine practical choices about transport and accommodation.
The daily schedule will also affect buying decisions. With 15 acts spread across two days, fans waiting for a particular artist will need the running order to match their plans to that performance.
HYBE Promises Greater Access for Indian Fans
Sarthak Arora, Head of Business Development at HYBE INDIA, presented the festival as a response to years of support from Indian K-pop audiences. He said the event would give artists and fans an opportunity to meet through live performances after building much of their connection at a distance.
Arora also described accessibility as an aim of the event. In the announcement, he said:
We also want to make the festival as accessible as possible, as a way of giving back to the fans for the love, loyalty and unwavering support they have shown our artists over the years.
Ticket prices will give fans the clearest indication of how that aim translates into the cost of attending. For people outside the capital region, the full expense will also include travel and accommodation.
HYBE INDIA's role extends beyond presenting overseas performers. Its Mumbai office serves the South Asian market and works on talent development and content production, placing the festival within a wider effort to build a local entertainment business.
More Than the Main Stage
Weverse Con Festival India is expected to include interactive fan activities, cultural programming, sponsor experiences and special collaboration stages alongside its main performances. The collaboration plans would bring artists from different musical backgrounds together.
Weverse Company President Zooil Yang described the event as a way to carry the platform's connection between artists and fans into a physical gathering. Weverse is HYBE's global fan platform, and the festival links that online community with live entertainment.
Yang said:
Through the festival, we are excited to extend our innovative services and fan experiences beyond the screen and into a live setting, seamlessly integrating the online and offline worlds of fandom.
Kia India, Mastercard, Project B and Samsung Galaxy are presenting partners, with NONGSHIM as associate partner. Their involvement accompanies plans for brand activations, meaning spaces or activities created by sponsors as part of the festival experience.
Collaboration Plans Leave Room for Surprises
HYBE has indicated that special collaboration stages will be part of the festival, and an earlier label post suggested surprise guests could attend. Specific pairings and additional guests remain unconfirmed, including any joint performance by Lara and Rhea Raj or an appearance by Guru Randhawa.
Randhawa has a direct musical connection to one of the announced groups through his collaboration with LE SSERAFIM on a remix of "BOOMPALA." That connection has made him a name fans may look for as further programme details emerge.
Lara and Rhea Raj's shared presence on the Weverse roster, as well as their separate Lollapalooza India bookings, creates another possible point of interest. The confirmed festival programme currently lists them as individual acts.
For now, the 15 announced acts provide the firm basis for ticket planning. Any later announcement of guests or collaborations would add detail to a programme already combining Korean groups, international solo artists and Indian musicians.
Why India Fits HYBE's Expansion
HYBE opened its Mumbai office in September 2025, describing it as its fifth global headquarters. Nationwide auditions followed in 2026, linking the company's Indian expansion to the discovery and development of local talent as well as live events.
HYBE CEO Jason Jaesang Lee placed the festival within the company's "multi-home, multi-genre" strategy. In practical terms, that approach involves building artists, creative projects and entertainment businesses in different markets, with music shaped for local audiences as well as international listeners.
KATSEYE, the group created with Geffen Records and based in the United States, is another example of that approach. Lara's place in the Delhi lineup connects that global pop project with HYBE's first Weverse Con Festival outside South Korea.
Weverse Con Festival launched in 2021. According to HYBE, its 2026 Seoul edition attracted 34,000 attendees across audiences attending in person and online. For India, the planned mix of concerts, fan activities and cultural programming carries the same broader idea into a new market.
The immediate change for Indian fans is concrete: a festival previously held in South Korea is coming to the Delhi region with a named roster and scheduled ticket sales. The next practical milestones are the October presale and general sale, followed by the venue and performance details needed to plan the two days.
